Video and Photographic
During any operation digital video, photographic material will be obtained by one or more of our highly trained operatives. This evidence will be produced to the client either on request during the operation, when the directors of Amberton feels there is enough evidence to call a halt on the operation or at the end of any operation. All the evidence will be edited onto a DVD and should be with you, the client, within 5 working days from the end of the operation.
All such material will remain confidential at all times.
- Material Gathered
All material gathered by a Private
Eye or operatives from Amberton during investigation work will remain
the property of Amberton Investigations Ltd. The Data Controller will
co-ordinate with the client to ensure that all material is handled
and distributed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Court Appearances
Amberton Investigations Ltd can provide private investigators involved in an operation to appear in court to give evidence or to provide an affidavit .
